MSIL was one of 24 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during G-Max Cup Spjelkavik 2019. They participated with 7 teams in Gutter 9 (født 2010), Jenter 6 (født 2013), Jenter 7 (født 2012), Jenter 8 (født 2011) and Jenter 9 (født 2010) respectively.
In addition to this, MSIL have participated in G-Max Cup Spjelkavik before. During G-Max Cup Spjelkavik 2018 Høst, MSIL had 7 teams playing in Gutter 9 (født 2009), Gutter 12 (født 2006), Jenter 6 (født 2012), Jenter 11 (født 2007) and Jenter 12 (født 2006) respectively. MSIL comes from EIDSNES which lies approximately 5 km from Ålesund, where G-Max Cup Spjelkavik takes place. The area around EIDSNES does also provide 22 additional clubs participating during G-Max Cup Spjelkavik 2019 (Among others: Spjelkavik IL - Fotball, Emblem IL - Fotball, FK-Sykkylven, Aksla IL, Skodje IL, Ellingsøy IL, Langevåg IL - Fotball, Norborg, IL - Fotball, Brattvåg IL - Fotball and FK Sykkylven).
